The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital district, which was great for my trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean with friendly staff. However, the dining experience lacked in quality and variety. The facilities were basic but sufficient. Overall, good value for the price.

The service, while courteous and professional, had a hiccup with my Wyndham rewards number. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the hospital district and convenient for visiting the Zoo, upscale retail, and food centers. The dining experience was good, though there were issues like water damage in the coat closet. Overall, the facilities were adequate but could use some improvements.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room had dingy stains on the sofas, chairs, towels, blankets, and the bed was broken and leaning on one side. On top of that, there were strange-looking people walking right outside the rooms, and the electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall. The carpet was stained, and my kids were scared to sit down. Half of the TV channels didn't work, and there were only a few towels available. It was definitely not what I expected, especially for the price I paid. I complained multiple times to the hotel and Priceline, but no one seemed to care about fixing the issues. Eventually, they offered to change rooms, but it wasn't much better. Since my stay, my body has been itching, and I couldn't afford to relocate since they wouldn't refund me. It's all about the money for them, not the satisfaction of the customer. I'm definitely going to share my experience with everyone I know.
